Tornado touches down, leaves debris near McLoud

tate Trooper Tyson Wright said he watched a tornado which had touched down between Choctaw Road and Harrah-Newalla Road near I-40 which continued to drop debris as it moved across McLoud Road and I-40 in Pottawatomie County early Tuesday evening.

Deadly crash leaves two dead and others injured near Waco and Coker Road

Two people were killed and three others suffered injuries in a head-on collision Tuesday afternoon on Coker Road, just north of Waco Road. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Justin Miller is investigating the crash, which occurred about 12:16 p.m.
